Surfy Industries - today's world leader in spring reverb units manufacturing - presents a special night with some of the top surf acts in the world: this is the right chance to see the legendary SurfyBear™ Units, SurfyTrem™ and SurfyFuzz™ in action!
Originally started in Sweden by Björn Isheden and Lorenzo Valdambrini, and now with headquarters in Italy and USA, Surfy Industries lives to bring you the authentic original sounds of the great classics guitar effects and take them to a new level. Check www.surfyindustries.com for more!
Satan's Pilgrims - Formed in 1992 in Portland, OR, their first formal release, “Haunted House of Rock” ep on Estrus Records, gained attention right at the beginning of the 90’s “third wave” of surf music, before Pulp Fiction was even released and really brought surf back into the spotlight.
With their three-guitar attack, relentless rhythm section, and vampire capes, the Pilgrims became one of the most influential surf instrumental bands around, combining the Southern California surf sound with Pacific Northwest garage and other musical influences from 1960-67. All in the spirit of upbeat fun, the dance floor is always full!
In 2021, Satan’s Pilgrims lost founding member, guitarist and keyboardist Dave Pilgrim. His last recordings were in process, and they treasure having more music that features Dave, to share after his passing. In 2022, the Pilgrims were lucky enough to have their friend and fellow 90s spooky surf veteran, Garret Immel (The Ghastly Ones, Venturesmania) join as the 3rd guitarist. Garrett has really helped to breathe new life into the band, while keeping Dave’s music and spirit alive. The last few years have been some of the most exciting for the band, culminating in two shows at the Hollywood Bowl in August of 2024.
Surfer Joe - “The international surf music ambassador” from Italy, has been involved in the surf music scene since the middle of the 90s, building up his name worldwide as a musician and event organizer. By currently playing more than a hundred concerts a year around the world, Surfer Joe is among the most active artists in modern surf music.
Surfer Joe represents the true, authentic side of surf music, carrying on the sound and energy legacy of the original early 60s California bands, while introducing his own unique style. His compositions are very melodic, easily recognizable, memorable and accessible to any kind of audience. Many of the songs feel so familiar upon first listen that they are commonly referred to as “instant classics”.
The Tequila Worms – Started in in Anaheim, CA in 2004 combining their love of classic surf music with punk rock influences from bands like Agent Orange and the Mexican-American psychobilly band, Calavera. OC surf-punk at its best!
