WHITE MURDER - Form Early (LP)

What a bittersweet sophomore LP. Upon first hearing this I got that kinda excitement you get when you feel like something truly great is about to happen. Then the band broke up (or maybe just hiatus?). Playing with, and seeing this band live for the last few years has been a breath of fresh air for me and this record confirms that. The best early '80s LA punk updated with great songwriting and chops. It's no secret of my disdain of the ongoing stale and predictable LA music scene. When bands like this are playing around LA I tend to talk less shit. Now someone get me a toothbrush.
